I just added The Weather Man tomy Blockbuster queue today. Glad to hear it's worth watching. I can't believe there are people out there who haven't heard the term "camel toes" before. Seems I've known this term for as long as I can remember. :o)
If there is anyone in the world besides me who still likes VHS over DVD's, our days are numbered my friend. According to my local Blockbuster cashier, they are not going to be stocking any new releases in VHS format in the very near future. I'm sure many don't care but I do. I like the fact that VHS tapes always work - unlike DVD's that skip or don't play at all. Oh well, I guess this is what's called progress.
From what movies I've seen off of the list - I have to agree with most of it. I did however enjoy Van Helsing. Given time at Blockbuster and a note pad, I'm sure I can come up with a much better top 6 worst list.
My son came home with a list of supplies today for his H.S. photo class. Dude, I didn't know how expensive it was to take photography! Luckily we have a 35mm camera laying around still or we'd have to buy one of those dinosaurs as well. Just for paper and 6 rolls of film it's going to set us back $42. No, that's not all that much but considering all the other stuff we parents have to shell out money for it kind of ticked me off. Oh well, at least he'll be learning a dying art (insert sarcasm here).
This movie isn't your typical King Arthur Camelot story. Actually, it was a more real version, more believable. No magic, no wizards - still a sword and a girl though. We enjoyed it. There were a lot of heads removed so if you're not into that - you were warned.
